St George Marathon 2005

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back in shape and stay in shape while pregnant (I'm not quite yet but hopefully will be in the near future)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run several marathons (hopefully at least one a year and qualify for Boston)

Personal:

Married.  One beautiful baby boy.  Well he's more of a toddler now.  Quite exciting actually how fast they grow up.  I also love to read, rock climb, and run outside on dirt trails. :)

Ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes no walking.  Then biked for 15 minutes.  Felt good.  Finished up by lifting weights.

Went to the track and ran around for about 30 minutes.  Not sure on the exact mileage because I didn't run in circles around the track at points in my work up I ended up chasing my kid around and running up stairs and all over. :)   Felt really good.

Goals:

1.  Run at least 3 times this week and do some other cross training once

2. Run at least 8 minutes straight only walking a minute in between with baby

3.  Run at least 15 minutes straight with only walking 30 seconds without baby

4.  Eat healthier no peanut M&M's for breakfast :)
